The launch drones thing is a bug, and we will patch it soon.
To disable the tracking camera, press C on your keyboard

Changing overview tabs and the like doesn't fix it, only jumping out of the system does so. Same issue, had it happen twice. But it is very random. Been flying around all morning and only had it happen twice on two different accounts. Had it myself a number of times tonight, highly frustrating

The tracking camera is not only used by the d-scan. To toggle it off in space, press C on your keyboard (or change the settings in the "Selected Item" window)
